This product arrives fully assembled and ready for use.
When preparing your artwork, please ensure that all text and graphics intended for the pockets are positioned upside down. Folders are printed flat before production, and the pockets are folded inward during assembly.
Be sure all text is clear and easy to read. Fonts smaller than 10 pt. may be difficult to see.
We offer a variety of size options along with pocket and business card slit configurations. Our business card slits are designed to fit standard 2″ x 3.5″ business cards.
Choose Gloss stock for a vibrant, high-shine finish, or select 14 pt. Uncoated Cover for a textured, writable surface.
For 14 pt. Gloss Cover folders, High Gloss UV Coating is applied to the front (outside) only. This coating enhances durability and helps protect your folders for longer use. Please note that surfaces with High Gloss UV Coating cannot be written on or printed over.

- Cover means card stock (thick paper).
- Book or Text means paper (not as thick as card stock).
- High Gloss UV is a high gloss coating, Aqueous is a glossy coating, and Matte Finish is a non-glossy, flat finish.
- You cannot write or print on High Gloss UV-coated stocks, and we do not guarantee that you will be able to write on Aqueous-coated stocks.
- We do not recommend using heavy, dark ink on uncoated stocks due to offsetting.
- Glossy stocks provide brighter colors, whereas dull and uncoated stocks provide softer colors.
- C2S indicates gloss coated on two sides.

A digital proof will be generated immediately for your review and approval. If you select this option, you are responsible for carefully checking your files, as no additional proof will be provided.
Manually Processed PDF Proof
Turnaround time is 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Our team will review your files to confirm they meet required specifications. If any issues are found, we will contact you. If everything is correct, you will receive a link to your PDF proof within 1–3 business days for approval.
Pricing includes processing one uploaded file set and creating one PDF proof.
Manually Processed Hi-Resolution Hard Copy Proof (Additional Fee)
Processing time is 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We will review your files to ensure they meet proper specifications. If any problems are identified, we will notify you by email. If approved for proofing, a hard copy color proof will be printed on poster-sized proofing paper, rolled, and shipped via Next Day Air within 24–72 hours.
Please note:
The hard copy proof is for press color evaluation only and is not a final product sample.
You must sign the designated approval area and return the proof to the original shipping address at your own expense.
If changes are needed, indicate the reason on the proof and specify whether you would like a second hard copy proof (additional fee applies).
Once your signed approval is received, a final PDF proof will be generated within your order for final confirmation.

You may check your order status online 24/7 through your account dashboard.
If submitting files by CD, proof turnaround begins once the CD has been received. During the holiday season, proof processing times may be extended by one additional business day. Files that do not meet required specifications may result in production delays.
To reduce file size, please upload in .jpg format. If you choose another file format, please ensure all layers are flattened. For best results, please use our downloadable templates below. All the available templates already have the correct dimensions, including bleed.
