Additional Information
Roll labels are not approved for direct food contact and should not be applied to frozen surfaces or materials.
Our labels and finishes are designed to withstand moisture, abrasion, scratches, and other harsh environmental conditions.
All labels feature permanent adhesive and can be applied at temperatures as low as 25°F. They are built to perform within a service temperature range of -60°F to +200°F.
Wind position refers to the orientation in which labels are wound on a roll to ensure they dispense correctly during application. This is especially important for machine application (rather than hand application), as it ensures the labeling equipment feeds and applies the label in the proper direction and alignment for your container.
Labels are wound on standard 3″ cores, which are compatible with most applications. Core size typically matters only when using automated labeling equipment. We recommend confirming that a 3″ core is suitable for your machinery before placing an order.
When preparing your artwork file, note that press gain and trapping are not required for digital printing. Overprinting is commonly used in traditional printing methods but is unnecessary for digital printing. Please do not apply overprint settings in your file, as they may alter the final printed appearance.
Keep in mind that the roll must be unrolled a few layers before the printed labels become visible.
Due to high-volume production processes, available quantity options may vary depending on the selected paper type.
