Coating & Production Details:

1. Orders of 250+ printed on 80 lb. Gloss Book, 100 lb. Gloss Book, or 100 lb. Gloss Cover will receive Aqueous coating.

2.Orders of 100 or fewer printed on those same stocks will be produced digitally without coating.

Saddle Stitch Binding

Saddle Stitch Binding is a popular and cost-effective method where folded sheets (called signatures) are nested together and stapled along the spine to secure the pages in place.

During this process, printed sheets are folded and inserted into one another. The fold forms the spine of the booklet, and staples are applied through the center fold to bind the pages securely.

This binding option is ideal for booklets, newsletters, catalogs, and calendars with a lower page count.

At PixelPrintUSA, we offer saddle stitch binding for booklets and catalogs up to 96 pages (including the cover), ensuring a clean, professional finish for your printed materials.

Perfect Binding

Perfect Binding is a durable and professional binding method commonly used for paperback books, magazines, booklets, catalogs, manuals, and workbooks.

In this process, printed signatures (large sheets arranged in multiples of four pages and folded into sections) are stacked together. The spine edge is roughened to help absorb adhesive, and a strong flexible glue is applied to securely attach the pages to the cover.

Once the adhesive sets, the remaining three sides are trimmed to create clean, smooth edges and give the publication its finished appearance.

Perfect binding is ideal for thicker publications, as it can accommodate more pages than saddle stitch binding.

At PixelPrintUSA, we offer perfect binding for booklets and catalogs ranging from 48 to 96 pages (including the cover), delivering a polished and professional result for your printed materials.

Proofing Options

1. Instant Online Proof
An immediate proof will be generated for your review and approval.
If you choose this option, you are responsible for thoroughly checking your files for any errors, as GotPrint will not provide an additional proof.

2. Manually Processed PDF Proof
Turnaround: 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our team will review your files to confirm they meet the required specifications.
If any issues are found, we will contact you. Otherwise, you will receive a link to review your proof within three business days.

3. Manually Processed High-Resolution Hard Copy Proof (Additional Fee Applies)
Turnaround: 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We will review your files to ensure they meet all specifications.

  • If any issues arise, we will notify you by email.

  • If no issues are found, a hard copy color proof will be printed on poster-size proofing paper, rolled, and shipped via Next Day Air.

Please note:

  • The hard copy proof is intended strictly for press color verification.

  • It is not a sample of the final product.

  • You must sign the designated approval area on the proof and return it to us at your expense.

  • If you do not approve the proof, indicate the reason and specify if you would like a second hard copy proof (additional charges apply).

Once we receive the approved hard copy proof, we will generate a final PDF proof in your order for confirmation.

Additional Notes

  • Pricing includes processing of one file submission and creation of a single proof.

  • During the holiday season, proof turnaround times will be extended by one additional business day.

  • Files that do not meet specifications may result in production delays.

All the available templates already have the correct dimensions, including bleed.
